Oracle Financial Services Declares ₹265 Dividend, Stock to Trade Ex-Dividend on May 8

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (OFSS) declared an interim dividend of ₹265 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2025. This marks one of the highest dividend payouts among listed Indian IT companies this year. The stock is scheduled to trade ex-dividend on May 8, 2025, with the record date also fixed for the same day. According to the company’s exchange filing, the dividend is likely to be paid on or after May 17, 2025.

This high dividend reflects the company’s strong financial standing and continued commitment to rewarding its shareholders. At the current market price of ₹8,581, the declared dividend results in a yield of approximately 3.10 percent. Oracle Financial’s consistent dividend history and efficient cash management make it a preferred stock among income-seeking investors.

In terms of quarterly performance, the company posted a net profit of ₹644 crore in Q4 FY24, up from ₹541 crore in the December 2024 quarter. Quarter ended March 2025, the company reported the Revenue of ₹1,716 crore, showing marginal growth over the previous quarter. The company maintained an impressive operating profit margin of 45 percent and a net profit margin of 34.8 percent, reflecting solid execution and cost efficiency.

Oracle Financial also reported strong return ratios, with Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) at 40.6 percent and Return on Equity (ROE) at 29.3 percent. Its low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.01 underscores the company’s minimal leverage, while a healthy free cash flow of ₹2,164 crore supports its ability to continue distributing substantial dividends in the future.

The shareholding pattern remains stable, with promoter holding at 72.59 percent and foreign institutional investor (FII) interest rising to 8.74 percent in March 2025. With sound fundamentals, strong cash flow, and generous dividends, Oracle Financial Services continues to be an attractive option for long-term investors.
